Students may pre-order their lunch in the morning using the bags supplied by the canteen (large sized bags are available in bundles of 20 for $1.20).

Simply fill in the desired order, label with your child's full name and class and include in the bag exact money if possible. Please don't put foreign currency in the lunch order bags and please check your menu for the correct prices when ordering children's lunches. Orders can be handed directly into the canteen by students or parents before 9am or placed in classroom lunch order baskets as soon as they reach the classrooms. The baskets are sent to the canteen each morning by the teacher before 9:30am. Just before lunch, a couple of students from each class are sent to the canteen to collect the lunch baskets. The orders are taken back to the classrooms for distribution.

Please remember the following:

• Any foods identified on the menu as 'Over the Counter Sales Only' cannot be ordered in a lunch order. This includes ice blocks.
• Where there is a choice of flavours or fillings for a food item, please specify your child's preference.
• Food bought from home cannot be re-heated at the canteen.

Late Lunch Orders

Lunch orders must be at the canteen by 9:30am to enable us to prepare all the orders in time for lunch. Orders handed in after this time will generally not receive hot food requested and this will be replaced by a sandwich (honey, cheese or vegemite) or a noodle cup.

Lost or Forgotten Lunch Orders

Where a student has forgotten or lost their lunch, they must first report this to their teacher. The teacher will then authorise the canteen to  provide a basic lunch and we will send a note home with the student advising the parents of the date the lunch was provided, the reason why and how much is owed to the canteen.
Where this occurs we would appreciate prompt payment of the amount owing the canteen.
